Representation Matters

Although California's population is becoming increasingly diverse, the current health workforce doesn’t reflect these demographic shifts.

FHSI offers a facility to develop a healthier, more inclusive valley, where everyone receives the care they deserve.

Collaborative Design

FHSI is a Network that facilitates interactions between education, healthcare, personnel training, and medical organizations, all working collaboratively to provide healthcare education, a professional workforce from people of all backgrounds.
